CDI INSTRUCTOR TRAINING All successful candidates are required to undergo comprehensive job training to be a CDI-certified instructor prior to beginning employment. All candidates arriving from overseas will be trained at our professional training facilities complete with dormitories, seminar rooms, exercise gyms and outdoor activities. The comprehensive CDI training seminars and CDI certificate will be granted free of charge. CDI will arrange for all accommodations, transportation, and meals for the duration of the training (5-7 days) at a low cost 200,000 KRW (about $200USD), which will be covered by the 200,000KRW relocation fee provided to all overseas-arriving candidates, resulting in no charge to instructors. Candidates wishing to receive training while finding their own accommodation and food are able to do so, and keep the relocation fee. However, the training accommodations provided by CDI are recommended as the average cost of motel room per night is approximately $60 USD, and additional expenses will be required for food and transportation during training.
