Solid academic school nearby Busan ( only 30min away ) Yangsan is newly developed city nearby Busan and it is especially close to Pusan National University( PNU ) area. There are lot of public busies go to Yangsan from PNU and it takes only30min. The owner is a very nice couple who is supportive and treats a teacher very well. You will be the only foreigner at this school and work with many Korean but, they will fully support you. Working Conditions Mon through Fri ( No weekend ) Working hrs : 3- 9pm Teaching student : elementary and middle school kids Salary: 2-2.1M Non-sharing 2 bedrooms apt 50% of medical insurance 10 days paid vacation Bonus upon the completion of the contract Airfare provided One year contract Start date: Dec 2. Nice school and generous female director in Pohang It is a nice school and pretty easy going schedules. This area is nearby the ocean. You will be the only native teacher but, there are many foreigners in this town and the director lives in the states for 8yrs and she is a very open-minded person. Working Conditions Mon thorough Fri ( No weekend ) Working schedules Teaching elementary and middle school kids 2:30-8:30pm ( but, most of time you will finish at 7:30pm and go home but, in the contract it will be saying at 8:30pm ) 2 times a week there will be adult’s classes in the morning at 10am – 11am 10 days paid vacation 50% of the medical premium provided 1.9-2M non-sharing apt nearby the school airfare provided upfront bonus upon the completion of the contract 3. Small school with a nice male director in Pohang city The director is an English teacher as well so he will get you trained and help you to settle in Korea.
