We have been organizing general summer language courses (this is not a camp) only with native speakers since 1990 in different places in Hungary. Our aim is to improve our students’ language and communication skills. Our students are generally 10-18 year old. We organize 2 identical two-week courses in the year of 2007. The courses will be held between 2nd July and 27th. Each course lasts two weeks (10 workdays). There are 44 lessons per courses (this means 22 hours of teaching per week). Full description: We are looking for native English teachers to teach in our Summer Language School in Hungary (4 locations throughout Hungary) in summer 2007 (2nd – 27th July). Only native English teachers teach in our school. There is a teacher training between 27th June – 30th June. Accommodation provided from 26th June. Salary & allowances • salary is 100 000 – 120 000 Hungarian Forints per month (for 2 courses) after the taxes (taxes are 30-50%) depending on practice and qualifications • traveling allowances max. 20.000 Hungarian Forints • traveling costs between the course places + monthly travel card in the town we teach (in case of need) • accommodation in separate rooms (private flat or hostel, it depends on the conditions of the course places). Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree Certificate of foreign language teaching qualification English teaching experience We also accept students or newly qualified teachers. Ask for OUR form of resume Visa information If you have British or Irish nationality, you do not need work permission and work visa. Other citizens need work permission and visa. In case you need to get work permission we will help you receive this permission. The salary what you will earn is more than comfortable salary in Hungary. If you have experience in teaching and your qualification is required, you will work in a very nice country and you will have possibility to visit different cities in Hungary. This is a big challenge, because you will meet many people and you will have possibility to try yourself in different knowledge levels during your teaching activity.
