Attendance Sheet                                                                                                                      

Attendance sheets are very important for your classroom and students. It is very useful to have attendance sheets for all your classes to keep a record of your student's attendance. Teachers can keep their classes organised as part of classroom management.

Some schools require attendance to be recorded on a daily base and some like to have a rough idea on who is coming to class. In both cases it is a good idea to have an attendance template.

There many sample class attendance templates or styles to take class attendance.

Below is a simple and easy to use class attendance sheet sample or template for your use. You can tailor it to your class needs.

  * You can put number 1 for 1 hour and 2 for 2 hour classes. You can also enter anything like a tick or x  in the boxes what ever works with you or your classrooms.

  * You can copy the attendance template and print to use for your classroom

Some schools or colleges require a warning to be issued to the students if they reach a certain percentage

For example if a student reach 10% then the teacher would notify the students by a written warning to make sure that the student is aware of his attendance.
